Always the bad, never the good...

I've been reflecting on the last series of How To Take The Lead and wondering why it is so easy to highlight so many examples of poor leadership.

When Lee and I recorded our bonus episode at the end of the latest series we reeled off so many examples of bad leadership, many in politics, a fair few in business and in preparing to record the episode I struggled to find any examples of really good leadership.
